There's this meme going around where you provide lists of four things about yourself. I've not seen any links to the source, but figured I'd play along since I've been tagged and can't muster the brainpower at 8:00am to write anything more substantial.

Four jobs I've had in my life:

  1. Paperboy
  2. Grocery checkout bagger
  3. Computer Lab technical support
  4. Yahoo! Troublemaker

Four movies I can watch over and over:

  1. Ghostbusters
  2. The Sure Thing
  3. Start Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
  4. Eurotrip

Four TV shows I love to watch (I don't really watch TV anymore):

  1. The West Wing
  2. Whose Line Is It Anyway?
  3. Star Trek Deep Space Nine
  4. NOVA

Four places I've been on vacation:

  1. Colorado
  2. Tokyo, Japan
  3. Florida
  4. Oregon

Four of my favorite dishes:

  1. Lasagna
  2. Sweet and Sour Chicken
  3. Kung Pao Prawns
  4. Grilled Salmon

Four websites I visit daily:

  1. Digg (no comment on today's acquisition rumor, sorry)
  2. Reddit
  3. Memeorandum
  4. TailRank

Four places I would rather be right now:

  1. In Bed
  2. New Zealand
  3. Arizona and Utah
  4. 16,000 feet in my glider

Four bloggers I am tagging (as in "tag! You'e it!" I guess):

  1. Derek Balling
  2. Dan Isaacs
  3. Aaron Schaub
  4. Joe Hunkins

Okay, your turn.

I cancelled my cable TV subscription several months ago. My blood pressure has gone down significantly ever since.

Anybody notice that the subject of memes has become a meme unto itself? Does that make it a Meta-meme?

A couple of years ago the meme was "100 things about me". (I did that one, and would link if I could. Try timconverse.com, and if the random generator is kind you'll see a link. :) )

Clearly attention spans have decreased by a frightening factor of 25x in just three years. :)

I'm honored (rightfully or NOT!) to be on your tagged list and have fessed up all that really private info. Now I'm just waiting for Dept 'o Justice subpoena asking who started all this.

I assumed "four bloggers I am tagging now" was some sort of hip term for "four bloggers I am reading now" (I even considered editing the entry), but your understanding makes much more sense.

Nice blog, I look forward to your entry on Febuary 4th.
