Okay, the "Can't Park" pictures and story got picked up by Boing Boing, CNet, and others. I was a little surprised, which means my understanding of where "the line" is must be off by quite a bit.
So next time I'm going to post pictures in an effort to shame those who don't bother to flush. (Yes, that happens too!) Aside from RateMyPoo and PoopReport, I wonder where those will get posted and linked to...
The mind boggles.

I'm missing something.. how will posting pictures of poop shame the poopers... i mean, unless your camera does instant genetic analysis and figures out who the pooper was..
No list of human feces sites is complete without 365 Dumps: http://365dumps.blogspot.com/.
Don't we have automatic flushers at work? So if there's a problem with poop in the toliet, is it really the pooper's fault?
It's not always terribly obvious where to push if the automatic flush doesn't work.
There also seems to be a reasonably active flickr group for bad parking... http://www.flickr.com/groups/parking/
Maybe you can join and keep posting photos there?
Do you remember Toilet Paper Algorithms?

How about pictures of people that don't wash their hands?
Um, ick!
This kind of thing is much more likely to get picked up by news outlets in the middle of the summer because not much else is going on.
Maybe the people that "can't" park had a sudden diarrhea attack and don't really give a poop where and how they parked their vehicle in order to make it to the toilet?
I have some excelllent parking violation tickets if you need some. Here they are on Flickr...http://flickr.com/photos/strimble/27512384/.
It is pretty disgusting for the next person in line. The fact is "The whole world is a Toilet" so get use to it".
