Wow, that's really close to where I live. Odessa is a suburb of Tampa, and I can walk to the outskirts. Google Maps says his address is 14mi away. Small world.

Unfortunately, with all that contact info, he's technically legal under CanSpam. Talk about worthless legislation! (If anything, it's encouraged a lot of businesses who'd never have even tried to advertise by email before to give it a shot.) You can just hope that it's against the rules of his ISP to send this stuff out and they'll get enough complaints to shut him down. Actually, the really hardcore professional spammers are the ones who always claim you've signed up. Naturally they're lying through their teeth.

Actually they sent it to several made up addresses and I caught them in the catch-all account...

Do you do the same to people who send you junk mail?

It's too hard to cut and paste from normal junk mail. Luckily my trash can is nearby.

Too bad that jackarse doesn't have a toll-free number (or at least not that I found at AnyWho). Much better to strike back at spammers when it also costs them money.

Of course, signing his fax up for some faxback services you can find online might work, too. Not that I'm advocating that ...

you think you have it bad, this guy lives in my neighborhood currently and does nothing but stir up trouble at every HOA meeting we have. He is now being investigated by (SWFWMD)Southwest Florida Water Management District for moving dirt from when his neighbor's pool excavation last year and leveling off his yard back into the easement which can poentially cause drainage issues. He was also forced to remove a lightpost he cemented in the easement. Stick it to him SWFWMD!!!

Truly a bad guy. I've received spam from his company also. We live next to him and it is hell. He even had the gall to ask my woman Nicole what kind of marital problems we were having, and came on to her. I had to have a serious talk with him to mind his own business and leave my woman alone. The gall of him coming on to her! This guy absolutely thinks that he is above the law and that whatever he wants he should have. Having him as a neighbour is the worst thing that has happened to us. I am truly not surprised that he is a spammer and that he is causing so much trouble in our HOA. I sure hope SWFWMD stick it to him good, right where it counts, in his wallet!

I have a friend on the board where he lives and you cannot believe the stuff I hear about this guy (Luckily I don't have to live there)! He distributed all these stickers (he stuck them on their mailboxes so the goo is stuck there now)and created his own website supposedly to help the place he lives in. He is now diverting their internet traffic to his site. He has done this before..

What people have failed to mention is that the product he is spamming about is crap anyway. If you check the public records in Pasco County, FL you will see an extensive array of complaints, many of which stem from dissatisfied customers.

This is really amazing. I live in that deed restricted community and I had to deal with this spammer. One night at 2:00 am I saw a car driving slowly around and some guy coming out of it taping something to mailboxes. I asked him who he was and what he was doing. His answer "It's not your concern". Well I took a good look at his car and guess what? I later found out that it was Tim Dodge. Not only does he spam electronically, but he also spams by putting stuff on people's mailboxes. He also used some weird substance and I had a heck of a time cleaning up my mailbox. What I found interesting about this man is that he does his dirty work under cover of darkness. He won't even give you his name when asked. I suggested to the board that we should have a policy of "No solliciting" in our community. Not only does he act like a weasel, he actual looks like one. What an unattractive, scary and suspicious looking man. I sure hope he moves out of our area.

I have been following these messages and I find myself laughing my butt off. I looked up his name on the internet and found where he lives. He lives in a new subdivision called Ashley Lakes a couple of miles from my house. It looks like a nice community, so all that spamming must be paying off for him. Somebody, one day, should make up a webpage just for this guy and wait to see who comes and posts their experiences with this guy (it would be a huge hit most likely). In the Pasco county public records it shows that he has been married at least 2 times and neither marrriage lasted longer than 2 years. Hmmm that can tell you a lot about a person if no one can live with them. Perhaps he SPAMMED AND SCAMMED those women as well.

Tim Dodge didn't get his sucess by spamming people. It's been said he got into the computers of past employer and stole their client data base, sent them virsus then turned them into the IRS. He is a very evil man. He has video cameras where ever he goes. (it's even reported in the article in the st. pete times) because he has angered so many people. If he is tampering with personal property in your subdivision, I would start reporting it to the police reguardless of how little it may seem.

I know someone that used to be a friend of his and worked for him. The story told is Tim used him as a contact for a distributor then fired him afterwards, then broke ties with the distributor after he got hold of the client database they sold to. He then hired four foreigners (his big company) that didn't speak English for half the wages and fired the rest of his friends and family members that built what he has. He now works out of his garage so people can't hunt him down at the rental warehouse. Those poor Ashley Lakes neighbors will have a neverending headache!

Well it appears that Mr. Timothy Dodge has burned many bridges behind him and made many enemies. Those poor people in Ashley lakes. I know every neighborhood has their one undesireable, but it looks like they have the county's least desireable individual living right in their backyards. So this man is basically the scum of the earth, bottom of the food chain and all around a waste of human flesh it appears. I wonder if Mr. Dodge has seen all that has been written about him here? To think that he could have avoided his true nature and character (or lack of) being exposed had he been a more scrupulous businessman and not spammed someone with such a readily available outlet. It would appear that word is spreading fast about this guy in his neighborhood and soon all will know his true nature.

I wander if this man has a family. If so I sure do feel sorry for them. Living under the same roof as this man, sounds like it would be torture

I was an employee of Tims used to be a friend of his, got fired couldnt get a job for 6 months almost lost house. Everything You hear about him is true there are no words for my wife and myself to express the contempt for him I hope his new wife puts him in his place(moneywise) He will do anything to get what he wants and doesnt care who he hurts. I really feel bad for the people who live near him.

I know 2 of the mother's Tim has children with. I can not begin to tell you the heartache and pain he has put these women and children in. He is a very cruel and evil man. It dosen't suprise me he came onto his neighbor's wife, He has done this with supposedley his own friends wife/girlfriend. He is a snake. Beware of this man. He will destroy anything or anyone in his path.

I am so tired of this jerk and his antics. He is also trying to manipulate his home's builder in to giving him what he wants, and I heard he is posting a web site to trash them, with no merit. He needs to climb in to a cave and live with the rest of the neanderthals, no one wants him around here.

He has been spamming again and AOL has him for spamming over 10,000 people. Of course he is denying the whole thing. I tried doing a search on the place that he lives and they have a website. I couldn't find anything trashing the builder though. One day KARMA will come and he will woe the day that he spammed and cheated people. I agree with the person above that someone should set up a website all about this guy and sit and watch the comedy begin.

Hey guys! Well I found his website and man is he wild! This guy trashes his hoa and his builder. This guy thinks that he can bully and threaten people into doing what he wants them to do. I really hate spammers, but even more I detest people that try to get something for nothing. You know the kind of person I am talking about - TIM DODGE! If there is a God then lightening will strike this guy down and then breathe a sigh of relief!

I am a neighbor of Tim's and can not believe most of these posts. What leads me to believe that is that Adrian would never post a message like that. I know for a "fact" that Tim is devoted to his relationship and would never make the moves on another man wife. There is a thing called morals. He is very much a family man. If you do not personally know Tim and his family you have no right to judge. Tim is the first one to help if you need anything. Tim has indeed gone out of his way helping his neighbors do various things around their home. How can you judge a person if you do not know them. Tim does have ligitimate complaints and so do 1/4 of the community about the same problems, so apparently it's not just him. There are other homeowners that are experiencing the same things. The lady that said she knows both of Tim's ex's is completely full of it (what are the odds) that is just impossible. It is ashamed you have nothing better to do than to talk crap about someone you DO NOT EVEN KNOW !!

I am a residnet of said community and was at the HOA meeting last night. What a show! Most importantly, I now know the rumors I heard are TRUE and this guy is indeed filming his neighbor's kids at play. I also know he has a camera trained on his neighbor's pool! What a freak.
