I've recently become reacquainted with the benefits (to my personal sanity) of occasional naps. Like from 6-8pm (or so) on weekends.

Too bad I can't fit a small bed or couch into my cube at work.

There are some really comfortable couches in the nearby breakroom.

Hmm...

I napped yesterday. With Trevor. Napping rules. Napping with your kid is even cooler.

Dude,
You CAN "fit a small bed or couch into my cube at work." Check out the first blog on this archive link.

I had my first nap in 3 years this morning. Granted, I've got a 3-week old kid and haven't slept more than 5 hours in too long... So is that a nap or just survival?
