If I was Ann Harrison, I'd be pissed too.
Firebird is an Open Source Database, just like PostgreSQL or MySQL. I'd hate to see the Mozilla folks confuse things so much that they have to start calling it FirebirdSQL.

One open source group steals the name of another and even makes statements like "If they (Firebird) dont like it, they can go to court". This is not giving open source a good name.
