I headed down to Hollister expecting better weather and got it. It
was warmer and clearer. There were some clouds out and they helped me
find lift and sink a bit easier than anytime before. It took four
tows to between 3,800 and 2,800 feet to look for lift and practice my
slow flight. The lift didn't exist above 2,100 feet and it was quite
spotty. It was just too early in the day. I did manage to find a bit
near the junk yard, but it was hard to stay in. And it was only 200
