I'm trying to get back into riding on a regular basis. I came home a bit early from work last night and went for a 45 minute ride. It felt great. So I convinced myself to do the same this morning before work. I'm so glad I did. I fell a lot better during the day after I've had a ride in the morning.

The weather this morning was excellent. It was just cool enough that I wore a light jacket when I left my apartment--must have been 56-58 degrees out. Clear skies and nice warm sun. Once the ride was about half over, I was warm enough to take it off and just enjoy the weather.

I've gotta keep doing this until the rainy season starts...

I'm jealous.. in Connecticut it's either too hot or too cold most of the time.. the ideal biking weather only really lasts about 2 months out of the whole year.

I'd do the bike in the morning thing if I could get myself out of bed earlier than 7:30 :)

Hmm. Maybe I should start doing that again. As it is, I just crawl back in bed for another hour after TSO leaves for work. And I'm tired and generally disinterested for the rest of the day.

I don't expect it would help me rediscover the kick serve a decade of living in Sin (the 7th one, to be precise) robbed from me. But if it allows me to get to Noon without a Dew fix, it can't be a bad thing.
