Project Goals
	• Build site and back-end very quickly • Use off-the-shelf technology where possible • Handle many users (unknown magnitude) • Handle traffic surges resulting from high- visibility on Y! home page • Allow anyone to participate • Don’t spend a lot of time building – Do it in our spare time – Volunteer operation
